As you walk through our neighborhood you’ve probably noticed the lovely medians on Woodlawn Blvd., Marshall Lane, Windsor and Pease Roads, Rainbow Bend at Windsor Road, and Parkway and Windsor Road East. These medians are maintained partly or totally by the Old Enfield Improvement and Preservation Fund (OEIPF), a 501 (c)(3) founded in 2001 by Old Enfield neighbors. Maintenance includes watering, weeding, debris removal, tree trimming, planting as needed, and mulching . Volunteers check the watering system and pick up trash in the medians on their walks. Â
All contributions are tax deductible as allowed by law and all books and records are available to donors at any time. If you are interested in taking a active role in OEIPF your help will be most welcome.
